Right of withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Act (Law 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days of its receipt, without giving any explanation. Return of the product is only accepted and if the product is in its original condition, the product packaging has not been opened or opened, is not dirty or damaged, or is in any condition beyond its original condition. In any case, the return costs are borne by the customer. To make a return product, you must first contact our business to inform us of your intention to return the product. In any case, we recommend that you return the product with a registered parcel with the stated value of the actual value of the product, in order to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your parcel.

Returns of products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Consequences of withdrawal.
As a consequence of your withdrawal, we will refund all money received from you in respect of the product you return, without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the date on which we inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You expressly agree that we will execute the above refund by depositing the money into a bank account you indicate to us. We are entitled to delay refunds until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
